Quick Details
Dream It, Do It!
The rock climbing mentorship program was designed for climbers who want to take their climbing to the next level through hands on application. It was developed for both the sport and traditional climber who is aiming to move from climbing indoors to leading outdoors.
The program will run for the duration of the summer; June – September. A certified rock guide will deliver educational clinics and give you the opportunity to apply skills in a variety of settings to support decision making and gain confidence. The mentor will be available to students for questions, visual inspection of techniques, critics, coaching, and skill refinement.
A group of peers will become friends and climbing partners, and you will all be guided through professional climbing progressions.

This program is great for…
- Lead climbers in the gym who climb 5.9 comfortably and want to take their climbing outdoors
- Sport climbers who already lead outdoors and are ready to take their climbing to the next level
- Climbers interested in, or who already traditional lead climb up to 5.9
- Climbers interested in meeting like minded others who share similar similar goals
- Folks who would prefer to advance their climbing while under the supervision of a trained professional
Our mentorship program offers 25 full days of training, and 15 evening sessions in the summer months (June – September). You will self select up to 16 dates (10 full days and 6 evening sessions) to work in small groups with an AMGA certified rock guide. Mentorship topics include: technical skills like movement, lead climbing, gear placement, anchor building multi-pitch, and rock rescue, and soft skills like mindset and etiquette.
This is a leadership course, and a professional guide will not only teach you, but also let you make decisions in real time. They will train you to be a confident climber while being available to you for questions and feedback.
Space in the program is limited. After the enrollment period has closed, the group participants will then register for individual mentorship days that work for their schedules. Because we limit group size per lesson, each mentee will have ample opportunity to lead while participating in the program.
Monthly payment plans are available!
