Local Trips:
Registrations made more than 30 days in advance of the trip start date, can choose to make a 50% deposit of the total trip cost at the time of registration. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the trip start date. If you’re registering within 30 days of the start of the course 100% of the payment is due at the time of registration.
A trip cancelled by you:
Greater than 30 days from the trip start date are (1) refundable in the amount of 50% of the total trip cost, or (2) credited in the amount of 100% of the total trip cost to another Kaf course.
30-10 days from the trip start date are (1) nonrefundable, or (2) credited in the amount of 50% of the total trip cost to another Kaf course.
Less than 10 days from the trip start date are nonrefundable.
A trip cancelled by Kaf:
Is fully refundable and will be refunded within one month of the cancellation.
International Trips:
A deposit in the amount of 50% of the total trip cost is required at the time of registration. The balance is due 90 days prior to the trip date.
A trip cancelled by you:
Greater than 91 days from the trip start date is refundable in full, less a $200 USD registration fee.
31 to 90 days from the trip start date is refundanble, less your 50% deposit.
30 days or less from the trip start date, are nonrefundable.
A trip cancelled by Kaf:
Is fully refundable and will be refunded within one month of the trip start date.
Payment Plans
Payment plans are available for our mentorship programs. By opting for a the payment plan, the participant agrees to the following:
- Payment installments will be charged to the payment method on file on dates outlined by Kaf Adventure.
- Payment can be made early by the participant if they choose to do so via their confirmation email.
- All installments are due to Kaf Adventures. The participant is subject to payment completion, regardless of program completion.
- The participant may not participate in any program dates if they are not up to date with payment.
