What Kaf Provides
From beginner to advanced climbers, this clinic is focused on learning rock climbing photography.
A four-hour ground school goes over the foundations of photographing from a fixed line above your climber, both creatively and logistically. This will cover framing, perspective, how to get your line up and down, and the safety factors being up on a line.
The second full day will cover all the different types of equipment, how it works, and how to ascend up a fixed line. Also included in this day is putting it all together by being able to get up and take your own photos of climbing models.
You’ll get a personalized experience with Irene, a professional rock climbing and adventure photographer (@ladylockoff), where she’ll teach, guide, and encourage you through the process of getting up on ropes.
No need to stress about extra gear — while you need your own personal climbing and photography gear, everything else you’ll need will be provided.
