I took the Kaf online climbing video course in the first year of my climbing career and was able to slow down my visual input of things like clipping and knots. This would only be possible on video because in person, I would need it repeated 50 times. I used pause and rewind a lot and was able to take clear notes in my field guide. Also, I sprained my ankle during the season, so was able to keep improving my skills online while I was healing. I love how all the videos are right there in one place and I don't have to search around the internet looking for material.

In addition, Mick brings his unwavering positive attitude and boundless energy to all experiences.
